Space Steve
Back in 2021 I sent Jackson Rupert, an incredible prop artist and painter on Instagram one of my Recon Large helmets to paint in the style of his choice. This was the outcome, and he even wrote a background story for the helmet, below! Check out Jackson's work on Instagram (@jackrupert133)
"I was told if you want to be a cool kid you have to give your custom characters an “in-universe” background so I did just that. This is Steve. Steve is not actually a Mandalorian, and he’s not a bounty hunter. Steve is a Space Cosplayer. He works at Space 7-11 part time while he goes to Space College and has been making this costume in his free time to debut at Comic Con Space-Diego. Did I do it right?"
