Shipping Policy
Each listing will indicate whether the item is in-stock or made-to-order. In-stock items will ship within 3 business days of purchase; made-to-order items will usually ship within 1-3 weeks (you'll be notified via email if any delays are anticipated). Shipping is free with full insurance and tracking within Canada and the US (approximately 5-10 business days) via Canada Post or UPS. Please contact for overseas shipping. Customs processing may affect delivery times. Please note that all items are declared truthfully and at full value to customs; buyer is responsible for all import taxes and duties (tariffs) assessed by your country.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the hand-made nature of what I offer, all sales are final. If, however, you have any issues or concerns with your order, I'll do my very best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please ensure that if you have any questions that you ask them prior to purchasing!
End Use (Physical Props)
I make my helmets and props from many of the same semi-rigid, impact-resistant resins that are used by prop departments in the movie industry. They are not indestructible, and are intended for cosplay or display purposes only. My helmets and armor have no safety rating, and are not designed for impact sports like airsoft, paintball, or to be used as personal protection of any kind.
End Use (Digital Downloads)
As a thank you to the community for all the amazing support over the years, I have made some of my STL files available as free downloads. You may use them royalty-free, however if you use them for profit, do me a solid and credit me as the files' creator in your listings. Happy 3D printing!
