This is a ready-to-wear “Hunter” helmet, cast in Smooth-On's Smooth Cast 65D and ONYX resins. I made this helmet back in 2023 for a Star Wars fan film project "Nihilus." The movie never materialized, so the helmet is now up for grabs.
 
It weighs 1.1kg (2.41lb) measures 20.6cm (8 1/8") from ear to ear, and 23cm (9") from visor at the tip of the nose to back. The T-visor has a dark grey-blue tint. Inside, the helmet is  lined, with removable padding secured by Velcro for easy adjustment.

For the paint job, I started with a stone texture spray base, then airbrushed the main colors using Tamiya acrylics. Weathering was done with a mix of materials, including Army Painter washes, Vallejo pigments, real rust, and others.
 
The Mando'a script along the read right reads "heroyam slava" which is Ukrainian for "glory to the heroes".
