The Mynock’s Den Old Republic “Hunter” helmet cast is made from grey-coloured Smooth-Cast 65D resin with a black ONYX interior. Its inner measurements are 8.8" from ear to ear and 9.75" front to back. Helmet requires some assembly - see photos for list of parts. (Recommended adhesive for assembly is superglue - not included).

"Untrimmed" - helmet is pulled out of the mold, boxed up, and sent to you as is. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are untrimmed. Sanding, trimming, and painting will be required to bring the helmet to full, ready-to-wear status. As with all hand-cast items, some minor filling/touchup work may be required.
 
"Trimmed" - The helmet is ready for primer and paint. The main visor area and flashing around the neckline are carefully trimmed and any obvious imperfections from the casting process are filled in prior to shipping.
 
T-visor not included.
