This Ready-to-wear Bengal Acolyte helmet is made from impact-resistant urethane resin, with the outer surface infused with aluminum powder in a process called "cold-casting". The surface is sanded, polished and weathered to a realistic metallic finish, and the detailing is further brought out with the use of airbrushing and hand-painting techniques.
 
Helmet consists of two halves that clam together with neodymium rare earth magnets as seen in the video (different helmet shown for demonstration in video). 
 
(NOTE: rare earth magnets are very strong and can pose a health risk including pinched skin. Use at your own risk).
 
The eyes and mouth are covered by a black see-through mesh, so no lens fogging to worry about. Helmet interior is padded with removable airsoft helmet-style pads.
 
To keep true to the reference material that inspired the helmet and maintain correct mask-to-head proportion ratio, the helmet was designed to fit people with a head circumference of no larger than 22.5 inches as measured around the brow.
