G.I. (Beskar Edition)

This G.I. was painted with Alumaluster by @imperialsurface, the same paint that was used on Din Djarin’s helmet in “The Mandalorian”.

Helmet is made from Smooth-Cast ONYX and 65D resins by @smoothon

Paint process: helmet was shot with Rustoleum Flat Black primer, and followed up with 2K Clear Glamour 368006 clear coat. This was sanded and buffed to a mirror finish, then shot with Alumaluster paint provided to me courtesy of @imperialsurface. The helmet was once again sealed with 368006, and buffed to a mirror shine. Everything was then weathered using “The Army Painter Mega Paint Set” washes. In the end I painted the "U" inside the ears black, and went heavier on the weathering, giving the helmet a lived-in look.
